Your catch is cleaned, packed, marked with your name and promptly frozen.  We load the catch on your plane for the return trip to Seattle.  Each flight is met by a representative of a Custom Cannery.  For an additional charge, they will can, smoke and/or repack your fish to be shipped as baggage anywhere in the world or just simply take it home fresh.
