Our
dining room and restaurant-style kitchen
comfortably seats 75. Delicious meals are
prepared by our private chef and baker include:
salmon, halibut and prawns cooked to order.
Chef "Smitty" The
menu also includes choice beef, fresh poultry,
daily home-made bread and rolls; pastries, pies,
cakes and other "low calorie" delights
from our bakery. Full country breakfasts and
either buffet or sit down lunches round out the
menu. Midnight snacks are for the asking.
Special
menus including low sodium and low cholesterol
diets are available. With a little advance
notice, our chef and baker can prepare anything
you request.
